I also got the Etrade $38 fee removed, but only after I said I know there's a merger coming and I'm afraid I will be charged yet again when that happens, and I was thinking of moving my account to another brokerage! They listed a bunch of things that fee would be charged for, and it includes mergers and acquisitions.
