We win the appeal we will be bought or merged into someone big. In my opinion. The appeal will be won off of merits. The judges should rule soon as ZPaul has said and its going to be off to the races in my opinion. If and when we win the appeal everyone will have to come to their knees and negotiate out of the suit with continued revenues as well as potential offers before we file any additional suits. From what I understand from my limited legal understanding you cannot pass off ongoing litigation to a third party in an asset sale. ie. Because SFOR owns the patent and has ongoing litigation it cannot transferee its rights to the suits to the acquirer. So my guess now is we will be acquired assets and liability into something much bigger. interesting times and potential life changing events. The best Bear!
