This acquisition will provide MJ Biotech, Inc. the CBD oil required to produce its CBD infused Teas and Herbs. It will also allow MJ Biotech, Inc. to supply CBD oil to its current wholesale customer base. Once acquired, the Company plans on adding additional equipment to double its current CBD oil production.
CBD is extracted from the flowers and buds of the hemp plants. It does not produce intoxication; marijuana's "high" is caused by the chemical tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Some of the benefits of CBD: it can reduce pain, relieve depression and anxiety, and promote heart health to name a few.
