I think the 2nd PL - once announced and ads flow- is going to spotlight the problem and drive the conversation of the the solution - it takes an out of the box change agent to alter the status quo and it seems Steve has found the person who wants to be the early adopter to change behavior- this is going to get very interesting very soon.
You need peopl who want to change the normal- and he nay have found such a person.
