EHI Odometer Fraud Exposed: SubscriberWise Chief Provides FBI Detailed Documentation of Florida Racketeering

FORT MYERS, Fla., Feb. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SubscriberWise , the nation’s largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today a blitz of correspondence and evidence provided to the nation’s leading law enforcement agencies including FBI agents in Fort Myers, Florida.

The uncontroverted and substantial evidence now spanning more than two years involves photographic documentation of extensive corporate criminal fraud, racketeering, and Hobbs Act violations, contained primarily on Florida official public records taken under oath of perjury and obtained under Florida’s ‘open government’ and broad ‘Sunshine Law’.

In addition to the public records containing sworn witness statements, photographic documentation, and police corroboration of facts, the racket perpetrates brazen due process abuses, obstruction, false statements, witness and evidence tampering, collusion, and a myriad of white-collar crimes for government prosecutors to pursue with vigor on behalf of the citizens of the nation, as well as visitors who have been easy prey.

Independent media attribution of a corporate witness involved in the corruption are also now permanently on the record and in the hands of state and federal law enforcement agencies ( https://www.winknews.com/2017/02/22/fort-myer...-car-firm/ )

Members of Congress including Senator Marco Rubio’s staff have been informed and empowered with the entirely uncontroverted and unimpeachable fraud evidence.

“We owe an incredible debt of gratitude to those lawmakers who had a vision long ago that government must be open and transparent,” stated David Howe, SubscriberWise founder and America’s child identity guardian. “I’m particularly grateful that I reside seasonally in the Sunshine State because Florida voters, they too certainly understand and value the critical importance of citizen access to official records.

"And frankly, without a comprehensive law providing citizen rights to government documents, there’s little doubt that the fraud and racketeering now making its way to those with an oath of duty, this remarkable white-collar crime and corruption would simply remain nothing more than innuendo and allegation while the corporate fraudsters continued to line their pockets with their ill-gotten extortion.

“In other words, I would have simply been unable to expose this criminal racket once and for all without open government and the relentless assertion of those citizen rights,” Howe confirmed.

“But we’ve only jumped one critical hurdle,” Howe continued. “Now it’s time for our law enforcement professionals at the state and federal level, as well as lawmakers in Congress to act on the mountain of unimpeachable evidence that I’ve diligently documented for the past 26 months.

“And while there are those with the training and expertise in the area of criminal prosecution that we must rely, there’s also the eventual legislative agenda required of representatives in Congress for ultimate policy changes that are indicated to ensure the effort is truly impactful and lasting.

“For my part, I want to go on the record and avail my unique skills exposing and documenting fraud in the U.S. elaborate credit system for AG Moody and the those in the federal government who will derail the ‘theft train’ ultimately, in much the same way I have over the past decade-and-a-half protecting the nation’s vulnerable and voiceless child identity fraud victims,” acknowledged Howe.

“But without a shred of doubt, those many years of fighting fraud in the credit system while relentlessly advocating and protecting children from identity fraud, that experience and that expertise are the reason for the results that now speak volumes in terms of corporate criminal fraud and corruption on a grand scale that this nation hasn’t seen since RICO was passed in 1970,” concluded Howe.
