I don't think they will need a new tox study unless B dosages are significantly higher. If the oral mucosa, rectum, and direct IV don't have issues, then the skin likely won't either.
Cream formulation is not hard and will probably be outsourced for a trial.
If we have enough money coming in from B milestones we might be able to take the topical all the way to NDA ourselves. They tend to be the cheapest trials due to simplicity and safety.
I wont begin to guess on Kevetrin timelines.
