For those who are forgetting about the toxic notes, remember that $288,000 was loaned from Machiavelli Ltd LLC (Canouse Brothers) during the period ending October 31, 2018. Which could mean any time from August 1 to October 31. The failure to exclude the exact length of the note is curious. Most are usually six months. They COULD be in that window right. Of course we won't know until after the fact.
(pg15) The increase related to new convertible notes totaling $288,000 payable to Machiavelli Ltd LLC, which carry interest at the rate of 10% annum and which are convertible at a rate of 50% of the average market price of the Company's common stock based on the lowest 3 intraday trading prices quoted by OTCMarkets during the l0 day trading period prior to conversion.
