Mono phase 3 is going on for over one year , patients on 700 mg for over 4 months , all together in phase 3 probably about 400 patients .
Close to 700 patients for many years without one serious side effect.
At the end if efficacy will be not 92 but little lower , like 85 , this will still be excellent.
But in the last interview Feb 7 , Dr NP said at about 17:35 minute ... that during maintenance phase of induction/maintenance therapy , efficacy was over 90%
Some patients on monotherapy for over 4 years , no resistance so far.
Some patients with failure but there was a good explanation , more dens CCR5 needed higher doses , also with flu , vaccination etc.
With this history very little can go wrong.
IMO.
