The 10-K, S-1/A and Rory's video update this week told the story of what is going on with VERB. You can see the BWers all in a frenzy as they bet wrong this week. They assumed all the filings were weeks off. They assumed all the news would be held for post uplist. Oopsie.
I was watching an interview with Warren Buffett and he said I like people that bet on themselves. I was thinking back to the SHAC where Rory talked about betting on himself and he's not betting baloney sandwiches either.
Here we sit, one week after the RS and I checked this morning and the sun did come up. I checked my accounts and I wasn't wiped out. Kind of the opposite. The stock is up 27% and it's just the beginning.
There were people waiting for the S-1/A to come out. These are people that don't even read message boards. For those that were either displaced or never could enter the workforce and have no other job other than to post all day, you are a Dunsel with your fake "concerns' and too stupid to even find another stock to flip.
I mentioned a month or more ago you will see the stock move dollars, not pennies in a day. For those that were worried about how the stock could ever get to $50 or $100, hopefully you can now see how. $20 is next.
As of yesterday, according to OTC Markets, the mc is $120M, OS 12M, Float 6M. Your shares are worth 15 times more and everything else is 15 times smaller. It's 15 times harder to flip shares as well. If it was easy, people would be flipping other $10 stocks all day long.
Rory mentioned the road show. Wasn't sure if there would or wouldn't be one. Why not drive up demand and in turn, the offering price. If the company is uplisting this month, either it has already started or about to begin. Imagine the people sitting in the room listening to the presentation, all the products, the numbers, the facts of the current growth rate. Remember how excited you got about nFusz back when and now the story is 50x better and the potential much higher.
Would some of them run to buy in the open market? Would some of them tell some friends?
Anyone watching level 2 on Friday can see what is happening. Some significant buying is coming in and I can tell you, BWers don't have that kind of money (i.e. $100K buys).
For people doing their own DD on CAGR. I remember when I was young and had a savings account. I forget what interest rate it was earning but they would say, "Don't forget there junior, that is compound interest."
Huh? I was 8 years old. What does that mean? Whatever the heck it was, it sure sounded good.
If you can understand compound interest you can understand CAGR and I can tell you +200% CAGR sounds very good!
Imagine that same person, if you told him, he could get +200% return instead of 4%. I can tell you, he's a happy camper.
If you understand all that, you can see why SaaS solutions and especially anything in the CRM space has such high valuations. The acceleration is like no other.
Do your own DD. If you don't understand what revenue, net income, CAGR, etc, no better time then to start now. Do not get your DD from a message board. Otherwise there are people that posts misinformation all day long to steal your money. How they look at themselves in the mirror I'll never know. Probably in denial how they are deceptively stealing other people's money.
One more thing. There will be demand (buying) increasing. If you want to sell and make a little cash, may as well wait for $100/share. Remember what Canadian Trader said. If you held this long, why would you sell when everything you hoped for is about to happen x10.
