I hope the Company does not implement a RS unless

I hope the Company does not implement a RS unless absolutely necessary but I do think they should have the option. Lets face it, right now they would have a terrible time raising any new capital and our present stock price range the deal would not look good to anyone. I am looking forward to Howie's commentary as it will be part of what drives my decision to stay, add shares or sell.
