100% agree. This topic has been discussed here many times before. He should not announce PR date. Just issue PR when ready without notice. That is so simple to understand, but he always does this.
Bashers, shorter, flippers were ready for this because they knew it. They drove pps down for a great PR. Huge manipulation, imho.
