dude, thanks for the write up. it kind of filled in the blanks for me. one could actually argue that nothing is patentable using his analogies. i could say that the first TV wasn't a unique invention because i could engrave a series of pictures depicting motion on a series of rocks, throw those rocks across my yard and hit my neighbor in the face and it would accomplish the same result. the problem is hacking a computer network. the solution is to send a message through a different network to a cell phone, which is just another computer, really, to verify the user attempted to log in to the first network. to say it's invalid because the idea is abstract is absurd in my opinion. all ideas are abstract until they are used to build a functional system. hopefully the judges see it our way. just my 2 cents worth. y'all have a great weekend.
