I think it was Generex issuing a press release on the issue that brought it to wider attention. If it’s a small matter than that’s great it should be resolved soon. Joe makes a good point about using his personal shares.
“If litigation ensues, Generex intends to assert affirmative defenses that Alpha took aggressive actions to intentionally harm Generex as the company executed on it plan to up-list to NASDAQ, intentionally frustrating key elements necessary for the up-listing. CEO Joseph Moscato personally guaranteed the instrument with his own personal shares.”
And that’s not the only time he has done so.
