Below are the only dealerships on the East Coast big enough to be the 2nd PL. Other large ones are either in the Midwest or West Coast
I don't think it is Prime or Herb Chambers - I didn't include AutoNation as that was already sold.
So everyone can speculate, but I have to say I was not disappointed in the PR.
The reduction is done - win.
2nd PL is done and shipping - win.
Dental is still an active leg - I like it - win (you would be surprised how many emergency dental opportunities there are.
giftExchange - eh - luke warm but one thing is certain - it is a cash fee transaction business and you keep 100% of the fees and NO RECEIVABLES - I like it.
Sifthouse - Rome wasn't built in a day - I see a great opportunity here to use their tech and sell it to others as well as potentially do retail. I think I remember the tech IMPROVES YIELD - More production faster and smaller footprint - this is scalable and sellable as a contract manufacturer/grower as well as a retailer - win - kind a
Again, people set totally unrealistic expectations for these PR's. This company is in it's infancy - you set the expectations beyond capability and you get what we have - people bailing - patience is truly something that is required here.
Progress is being made and on multiple fronts. Let Steve move this along and watch it build.
If you are looking for the quick kill - you may have to hunt somewhere else. I am willing to wait 6-9 months for the reward of patience.
