what i gleaned from reading about the Canadian mod

what i gleaned from reading about the Canadian model: you are limited to a certain amount of sq.ft. growing space, x no. of crops/ year. sifthouse will not be able to sell to the end user. ( that takes a seperate license). looks like the canooks have it well regulated, meaning if your in you can count on your revenue. appears a better model than the ole wild west show. no dry gulching, back shooting, barn burning or having to deal with "black bart". seems civilized. and controlled. jmo
