That interview mentioned the Feb 1st PR, at some point after. I was wondering because of the poster on ihub giving the link.
Last one was since Dec 18, money raised after the last closing.
This one includes Dec 18th for the following reason:
Since NP said in the Dec 12th CC they need another 17% of what has already been raised to complete BLA after saying they had raised $170M, $29M. There was with the final closing on December 18th another $1.6M, since this was after Dec 12th, I've updated to include that number as well. Another conference on Monday, so looks like they plan to continue raising money though placements.
Interesting I suspect some of these placements were from investors at the conferences they presented, but Paulson still getting a percentage. Not a bad gig if true for Paulson, let NP and RP go on the road, and rake in 9% or whatever for I assume setting it up.
