March 22/18 we finally had a Federal budget that narrowly averted a shutdown. That expired 1 Oct. Because of government dysfunction, we've limped along on continuing resolutions (CRs) that forbid new non-mission essential items added to the long procurement pipeline. We're just out of a shutdown now perhaps temporarily. Some people question how the purchase of SFOR's defensive software was impacted by all this?
