If I’m not mistaken, now that there’s no 30 days over $4 then once the offering closes we are good to uplist because the acquisition offering uplist will be simultaneous.
The S1A stated they were not approved by Nasdaq yet. Which leads me to believe that was because of the 10k being filed today, so we have that check mark for uplisting.
All that’s left that I can think of is the simultaneous closing of acquisition, closing of offering and uplist
