Election of employee representatives to the board of directors

The bank’s employees have elected the following to represent them on the board of directors of Ringkjøbing Landbobank:

• Dan Junker Astrup, head of credit, re-elected
• Gitte E. S. H. Vigsø, compliance officer, re-elected
• Arne Ugilt, credit consultant, re-elected
• Finn Aaen, business customer advisor, re-elected

The employee representatives will thus serve as members of the board of directors for a new four-year term of office.
