To prevent hostile take overs. On4 Delaware series A has voting rights 5000/1 common page 20. Redom-Colorado series A has 200/1 voting rights page 13. The share may be used to pay creditors ( in worst case scenario-unlikely) as form of financing. Since we have outsourced financing that will not occur.
