If it were $9 then I believe anyone with a brain would buy everything under $9 if it did get below that. To have an investing group (s) or whoever buy the offering at $20 or $25 million at $9 would be very telling. That would be .60 pre split, I believe it would be more than $9 but I know you were just giving that amount as an example.
