I definitely believe so! Here are a few remarks I shared with another poster on Monday, after the hearing!
I'm still optimistic that we will get a decision in our favor! If so, I will enjoy watching people that sold, then chasing the pps as we quickly & decisively move up! Of course it could go against us, but I truly think the chance of that happening is extremely small.
The many posts related to the hearing was like being in a crowd and listening to a high energy "he said, she said" group debate! Bottom line to me is that I truly believe we will get that which we need - a precedent setting decision reversing the Cali court ruling, in favor of SFOR, thus establishing the legal precedent to be applied to all remaining lawsuits, as well as future lawsuits. This is definitely what I want to see, in lieu of any settlement with SA before such decision!
I just don't see the 3 judge panel in the appeals court going against the SCOTUS decision/ruling on Alice 101, and our PTAB validations! Or as I always say; "At least I hope so!"
Till then we will continue to watch our trading pattern and pps being played with/manipulated, along with a bunch of "nervous Nellies selling! It is what it is! I'm hanging tight!
