Logical and good question. We have to understand the court. What I have learned at my age is nothing is a sure thing. Except Desth. In my opinion it would be a huge win if they settled now. I agree, it would be better to beat them in court, but being wise here on both sides would be to settle sooner than latter. SA does not have to say it’s guilty they just want to settle. SFOR wants big money and continued revs. They will get it now. The two parties should be able to come together and it it will be for big money or it keeps going and that’s bad for SA. In my opinion 5 to 10 x MSFT, settlements but with ongoing revs. It’s my guess as the law firms are fighting battles that already have precedent. SA was all over our patents and now they need to settle. My guess is Duo is sitting on the sidelines waiting and I think a strong play for SA is to get out , pay up and continue to pay us. It would put a billion dollar valuation on SFOR if it happens and that is before we sue any other infringers. I smell buyout for a long time.
