He stated they wanted 100 people for safety from mono trial. I thought the might be able to count the 30 switching to 700mg in the combo extension. But if all 100 is from mono, since they don't have 100 now, that would push back the bla at least until end of July for the safety data. He went on to say the BLA would be submitted in the second quarter +- a month.
He also mentioned the CCR5 density with higher dose, great! I was a little worried from the CC statement about 350mg would be fine for everyone that he had not grasped the issue.
