Joe, I know the first inclination is to fight all suits, however would it be better to just use 1/3 of the proceeds raised recently and get rid of Alpha all together by buying back the note? Then you won't be paying them interest thru October and won't have attorney expenses, along with the stigma of having a pending litigation.
Just asking, unless the entire $2M was allocated towards a purchase we don't know about and can't be used.
