I don't think the judges in this appeal want to go

I don't think the judges in this appeal want to go against a supreme court ruling on PTAB and its protection. I am of the belief they have to rule accordingly for the reversal of SFOR and the arguments were over their head from my perspective. I agree with Paul this is a formality. It will be remanded back to California. In my humble opinion.
