I know this isn't going to be popular, but I listened to the oral again this morning...I think if SFOR doesn't get it reversed it is because of the start of minute 29 to the end. Why? The female judge was throwing questions out there, BUT, a little later on, It seemed to me that the male judge couldn't grasp what SFOR's attorney was saying...he (the judge) thinks the local banker can call up "Mr. Smith" who lives a few blocks away and ask Mr. Smith if he authorized a transaction at the bank. Well, it seemed like SFOR's attorney was trying to convey - how do you know it was really Mr. Smith? It seemed like the male judge thinks that is fine...heck, Ferris Bueller fooled the school all the time over the phone. ***If you all here see it deferently than I do, I am open to your thoughts...I hope the judges are grasping this better then they were seeming to. Thanks!
