Oslo, 5 February 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 1 February 2019 regarding exercise of employee share options.

Upon option exercise, the primary insiders below have at minimum utilised the after-tax gain from the option program to buy new shares. This implies that some shares are sold to fund the tax on the options gain before the net gain is utilised to purchase new shares. The payment per share has been determined based on a volume weighted average share price of NOK 84.4658.

In connection with the company's share option program, Scatec Solar has on 1 February 2019 purchased 24 884 own shares at an average price of NOK 84,5914 per share. The shares have been used for settlement under the share option exercise, in accordance with the terms of the option program. After this transaction, Scatec Solar holds no own shares.
