Gator5326 & 15nichold, thank you for sharing your comments from the court today! I am very glad you were able to meet the SFOR trio and our lead attorney on such a momentous day.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and we can't thank you enough. I think you will be able to brag about it for a long time.
Hearing that there was a legal team of 8 present for us, and that there were 30 or so observers in the gallery speaks volumes on a lot of levels. I am not surprised but I am so very glad to hear it!
People who don't get it yet, should ask themselves why would a prestigious/old/global lawfirm represent the little company SFOR with a such a big team. The answer is because they expect to make a lot of money in settlements and this is the gateway case to that future IMO.
30 in the gallery IMO means that the infringers had representatives in the room doing their Due Diligence in reading all the cues and clues available today. They will report back and contemplate settlements IMO.
