That and the delay in the GNBT dividend distribution. Hard to say how all that worked against the up listing plan. Doesn't help anytime FINRA or the SEC has to be brought into look at a situation. Especially since that is what caused me to be hesitant, and I looked up Alpha and found that suit by the SEC against all those companies, including Alpha.
