The Appellate judges must decide as a MATTER OF LAW. The March 2018 Appeal Brief and June 2018 Brief Response rely heavily on the PTAB decision that the Supreme Court upheld in April 2018. The Judges will rule in line with the Supreme court decision as a MATTER OF LAW.
