I believe it is 12 minutes R&G - the Knobbes 15 minutes. R&G gets final rebuttal which We chose only 3 minutes. All total 15 minutes each for a combined 30 minute hearing.
I’m sure the length of time included many formalities as with any court before they actually started clock for either side. Then the final words of judge as to what happens next so forth and so on...
