to be clear most *imo* are conditioned to *charts* .. which may work with non OTC equities .. but imo are a total waste when it comes to OTC equities ..
so putting that aside .. i can note (and i only do so based on time stamps' forwarded on to me) .. that 5 separate longs bought on Friday .. approx 1/3rd of the day's total *volume*
and to be equally clear .. since P2O was wrested back in 2013 .. it's been mostly the same small core group of long's (about 15 or so) who've provided bid support at each leg of PTOI's relentless compression .. 6c to 008
one of whom picked off a significant amount of last August's *volume* in the .015 range
there are multiple (non early/original) investors who hold PTOI @ the 1M+
including one who picked off 55000 shares alone late last week ..
i agree that no new eyes will enter .. until P2O executes .. but that will be different for each investor .. i found it telling who *noted* movement on PTOI last week via the vehicle of choice
i come back to being totally split as to what is underway .. a week ago Friday and last Monday looked *washed* to me ..
Tuesday's volume looked like a run to reset .. but then we found out about the NYS permit input
what i do find almost telling is the vitriol spewing and the bogus bs out of decade long embeds at the vehicle of choice ..
if a crew wanted to enter and run PTOI .. imo they would be able to do so easily up to about 30/35c range .. (CANT 2012)
but as always noted .. picking off PTOI *shares* .. presents its own challenges because of *volume* issues* .. inability to be maintained (classic signal of an upside down NR)
and if it's actually news en route out of P2O .. (ancillary entity awareness) .. well then it will depend on the news out of RH and BoD ..
P2O (company) has numerous options ..
for all P2O investors .. it would be nice to see a Shareholder Update/Filing/s out of P2O revealing measurable progress .. that *hurts* NR where it most counts .. their wallet
with so many PTOI *shares* held @ a CB (cost basis) of plus 70c .. it becomes an interesting exercise should P2O actually deliver *imo*

I can appreciate your work on the NR end of things. I can't say that I can spot the obvious...because it's a bouncing superball to me...just can't follow it. That said, not even the longest of longs is (sadly) parting with even a few pennies a share until Heddle delivers...that means more to me and I'm sure more to some nefarious short. Whether the run up is some entity testing the waters..or some fat fingered (doubt it) sideshow...none of it is more important than Heddle producing.... We simply are not there...and don't anticipate any real move until news is on us...
