Don't' get me wrong, I am extremely excited for this month, like most of us here. I spoke about expectation management last week. It is important to keep in mind that there are a lot of moving parts. So maybe this week or next or the week after that. Personally the date I have marked on my calendar is 22 Feb. But even if it takes a little longer than that I don't mind because it will be worth it! We are running the last three miles in a marathon and the reward at the finish line will be tremendous.
