Our patent has two independent root claims: Breast Cancer and Cancer in general, treating w/ any CCR5 blocker having determined CCR5 type cancer. Pretty basic & simple, gladly.
Looks like 'my German friends' in Heidelberg are a bit late - but you can always try (o8>
Their root claims are similar, while the first one includes usage as a cancer combo therapy. That is an old patent trick, specializing yours over other generic ones.
BUT .. Pestell's doesn't exclude this use and theirs is not novel nor shows anything new.
If they don't get kicked out .. maybe a first little litigation?
They also have no CCR5 antagonist (here more a CCL5 antagonist ..)
