I can tell you most, if not everyone on the boards, don't understand Trademarks, Servicemarks and everything else. They will all pretend to. That is what they do. I am not a trademark lawyer but always worked hand in hand with them for one of the biggest brands in the world for a lot of years.
What will happen is, there will be traders that have never held a real job, nor ever talked to a trademark lawyer, spouting off their opinions.
Here's the kicker.
If they are so smart about trademarks, why can't they find the trademarks that were recently registered.
I am going to be so glad when I am done debunking all their shit.
