Removed the friction of complicated Tech. - swipe, drag drop, TAGG
Removed the friction of the apprehension in people's mind - I'm not a techie, I'm bad with tech - Simple
Removed the friction of cost - Free
Removed the friction of peoples APPrehension of giving out their information. - None asked for
Removed the friction of understanding what the product is/does from the start - TAGG
Rory has been a NASDAQ CEO, some are just now getting why.
