$INSY The decline in share price is a little unnerving. The Media have kept Insys Therapeutics front and center for BAD press and the loss in share price value is reflected in their articles.
Share holders may have several more weeks to wait for any resolution to the CURRENT case with former CEO and majority (share) owner John Kapoor. The longer it takes for a decision to be reached, the less likely that the share price will start climbing. Kapoor owns a HUGE number of shares and IF he has to divest himself for the $$$s, we peons may feel the full force of share price collapse.
I remain hopeful that shareholders WILL see better days and that ALL cases against INSYS THERAPEUTICS are quickly adjudicated. The current Executive Staff members have continued to demonstrate leadership. They are between a rock (Federal Government) and a hard spot (future litigation from states, companies, & individuals). So far they have remained focused on improving the company product lines and the employment of individuals who are professionally and morally qualified to further grow the company.
I am a bit shaky BUT remain confident that the future is bright.
