Before the RS it was $6.42
The chances are the same if not better, we are going to Nasdaq where things actually make sense, where Rory will release a stream of news and new investors will be aplenty. Green Days won’t be a penny or two they’ll be quarters, dollars +.
That’s about a $1.3 billion market cap before you add in the offering shares and Sound Concepts. This could add 2-4 million shares, that can’t be sold for at least 180 days minimum, and they received these shares by choice, they aren’t here for a double or triple. They’re holding a majority of those shares long term.
