R/S of 15... so now we have 180M shares turned in to 12M shares... At the 15X price of .51 we are at PPS 7.65. IF the raise and merger payout needed 30 million total, we are at 30M/7.65....an extra 4ish million shares. So now we are at 16M total shares.
JUST with the say 12 Million revenue of Sound Concepts times a normal/conservative tech P/E ratio of 80 we could be instantly valued at 960 Million as a new company Verb tech as we IPO on the NASDAQ. 960Million valuation/16 Million shares is a IPO or PO or whatever you want to call it, introductory PPS of 60! THE PRESPLIT equivalent of 4! I think that might destroy the shorts and make people smile. Especially if the precursor is a SUPERBOWL commercial that you can all tell your family about and say "YES, I am invested in that" "Your welcome!!!"
NOW add in the real estate vertical. 10% participation... 25,000 X 500/yr= another 12.5Million!
PLUS the additional Sound Concept customer base App
WHAT about the CRM market?? Another 5-10 Million per year revenue
AND the FB app???
MICROSOFT integration deal???
OH yes the Medical vertical. THE Education vertical. And we have a company that is valued in the multiple BILLIONS.
AM I concerned about the R/S?? Nope...
