To a novice, especially one with an emotional attachment, I could see how he/she might think that.
I realize Melbourne is suppose to be the buzz now, but if I was so “schooled” as proclaimed, why was Kyle asking Parsons about Juno? And why did he file with the SEC claiming the FBAR was issuing a recovery permit on Juno per a Judge’s Order? The Juno case was final 4 years ago. What’s the hold up?
As far as the admiralty claim, I am pretty sure Florida would use that additional info to turn down any other applicant on Juno. In other words, they could explain the wreck falls in a preserve (not part of it) and there is a federal claim by another, namely Seafarer.
Florida statues don’t allow an area to be permitted by to different entities.
But keep the amusing comments coming. I know, you really don’t want to discuss Juno because it’s likely a lost cause, but come on, school isn’t out is it? School me some more. It’s so amusing.
