There will only be 13-14M shares outstanding next week not including the ones for acquisition and PO. It will cost someone 3-4 baloney sandwiches just to buy a share. Has a psychological effect on some traders.
The D will stay on the symbol for 20 trading days as acraft5 pointed out (month of Feb.) What some don't realize is you can uplist sooner. D would still be there but other companies have uplisted 10 days later after a RS.
