IMO, February is the Sh** or get off the Pot moment. The confluence of things that have been building that need to get done, resolved, settled, answered - whatever you want to use to describe the situation - happens if February.

I am sure there is a host of others, but all of the list above SHOULD BE ADDRESSED in the next 4 WEEKS. If not, well, you can surmise the impact.
NO REASON FOR ANY OF THESE ITEMS TO BE STILL OUT THERE AFTER THE NEXT 4 WEEKS - IMHO anyway.
This isn't negative - it's a SB Reality Check.
