i have to say i wondered that too .. re: new rule because neither the GTCs sold where they were sold .. or the ask size (and hidden trade size) make any sense
in relation to PTOI's usual lack of volume .. my gut (can't prove it) has told me for years that everything NR (specific to the OTC) *does* .. is % based .. but then again imo NR hasn't reported *accurately* pretty much anything for years re: PTOI
regardless as i noted to shady .. it's at least a little more exciting around these parts these days ..
and imo all P2O investors will know what is what re: this long drawn out saga
because the K will either get filed in March .. or it won't .. (AF's don't get filed if firm doesn't get paid)
btw .. it may well be that the reason the *run* stopped @ 8c .. is because l2 had a bid (this is from memory and it's not been showing since earlier this week) @ .099 or .09 for a significant chunk .. this is where my dyslexia plays up .. but if memory serves .. it was like 1.5M in size ..
curious to see what gets done today ..

that 400K trade just doesn't make sense to me...who is actually "selling" like that..IF...for every buy there's a sell? That number is definitely out of left field...but I don't do the daily study...just a general feel. AND the GTC's don't make any sense...I'm wondering if there is some new "rule"...that may require a certain number of shorts to be covered over some time...why .08? or anywhere between .03 and .08 ...in just a few minutes...just like that??? and no..I don't believe the fat finger....and then right back down to .02...and now appears settling at near .03?? And ....now appears a laddering up with pressure on the bid... I did notice OCTX appeared and couldn't take the heat after a few minutes. I don't do "patterns" per se..but something definitely changing....and must irk some that...nobody is selling down here. The 400K sell at .0141 would make sense if there was some substance in follow-up selling @ .029 bid.. IMO...seems pretty quiet on the sell side of things.
