You have to wonder if Alpha is the issue too. They were the ones that GNBT had to answer some questions to FINRA on during the last dividend. They may not want GNBT to move this fast because they want to convert at a lower price. Just don't know all the games that go on. All we can do is watch and see that the share price did not collapse from the news and the volume is relatively low.
