I personally speaking, feel that Hirsch has lied in the past, particularly when he stated we would have a massive increase in shareholder value. Maybe he believed it at the time. Maybe he did not intend to lie,but it looks like he lied. He certainly never said when this would happen,but if he meant much longer than a year that is a lie by omission.
He was as clear as mud when it came to the conference in San Francisco. He allowed perception to remain that they were attending the jp norgan conference when instead they went to another conference. Many here still think they went to the jp Morgan conference today just to show how clear and concise they were about that.
He speaks like a Clinton where you have to parse everything he says to get at what he really mean. It is often not what a casual listener is led to believ.
Thus he has no credibility. He is not a good person to carry the company's message. To which I continue to wonder what good he is.
The only thing of Value I can see from Hirsch is his connection to Bayer. But we can make that connection with anyone if the products develop and are effective.
Just my opinions
In hindsight.some may wonder how is Hirsch supposed to know people confuse his conference message.
It was his shareholders who were confused about it. It is his JOB to know what h ou s shareholder are thanking
