December 21st update Rory said SC acquisition should go through within 30-45 days. The 45th day is February 4th, this coming Monday. Obviously things happen and it could get pushed back but in this case I don’t think it’d be pushed back too far.

Looks like 10Q is due February 14th and 10K due April 1st
If I’m wrong please correct me
Last year April 2nd they released the 10k
This year I feel will be different as the S1/A and pro Forma will come around the same time. I believe within a few weeks.
