At Merrill Lynch he introduced and arranged for a variety of financings, including a $25 million Industrial Revenue Bond for a corporate park in suburban Philadelphia.
In 1987, he joined Prudential Securities where he traded both Equities and Commodities where he subsequently became part of that Firm's Corporate Executive Services Department .
One of his key responsibilities and specializations was in lending on Restricted Securities for Corporate Executives - helping them to diversify their personal portfolios.
At Prudential, he managed over $125 million in assets. In 1995, he joined Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette - DLJ (now part of Credit Suisse) where he was a Vice President, managing client assets.
In 1996, he left DLJ to form his own consulting firm, J.P Richards, Inc., which he later renamed JPR Consultants, Inc. in 2007.
As President of JPR Consultants, Inc. Richard has designed, edited and implemented business plans that resulted in raising capital for both existing and start-up companies ranging from $1-25 million. As Director of Investor Relations for an OTC Bulletin Board company,
Mr. Singer presided over a multi-media stock awareness campaign for a Satellite Connectivity Company that saw its market cap increase from $4 million to over $400 million. (1997-2001)
He has continued to advise both private and public companies in raising both capital and stock awareness campaigns for the past 10 years with numerous successes in such industries as Energy, Bio-Tech, Entertainment, Mortgage Origination and Homeland Security.
Most recently, Mr. Singer has arranged debt financing for up to $3 million for bank turned down companies in commercial/residential roofing, HVAC, start-up food services - focusing on loans for credit impaired clients.
Mr. Singer is a graduate of the George Washington University, Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science.

Paul Albert, CEO of Paul Albert, Inc. is a seasoned financial executive spanning a career of over 35 years on Wall Street, both on the floor of the NYSE and the ASE. During that time he also worked for Kaufmann Alsberg, Lehman Bros., Helfer Boughton Securities, Dean Witter and BG Capital where he was a principal broker.
As an expert on equity trading, debt financing and commercial loans, Mr. Albert worked and traded with the arbitrage department of Shearson, and was also a senior partner and head trader for Dillon Securities Corp.
While there he ran one of the first pilot programs for the NASD in creating the NASDAQ trading system along with Merrill Lynch and
Herzog Heine Securities.
The Senate Finance Committee and the SEC in Washington DC. both requested that Mr. Albert share his insight and trading acumen with them because Mr. Albert was also instrumental in developing and implementing the first direct access trading systems with the use of the"Electronic Trading Networks" (ETN's).
Today, these programs are still being used extensively by all major stock exchanges around the world for third market (off the floor) transactions.
He has also worked with Handtrade.com as their National Sales Manager, developing a wireless direct access trading network with the help of the NASD and the SEC..

Interesting that Rene was at Merrill Lynch at the same time in the mid-80's as Mr. Singer. Mr. Albert, partner and associate to Mr. Singer, also has quite the resume. And with Toron as one of the clients, Mr. Albert's background on Wall Street, on the trading floor, with electronic trading, and with the SEC, etc. could come in very handy!
