Yesterday cfgn was on the ask, a MM with a reputation for diluting with little regard to sp. similar to vndm, vfin, bmak, etc. That t-trade after hours was them, they sell shares during the day short and settle up the books after hours (buying back from there client to cover), taking out their fee; usually 1-2%. We will see how many shares they have to sell. Hopefully, not many since cydy does not have convertible debt connected to the recent vwap price, usually where one sees this MM. We do have 30c warrants on the recent fund raising, but connected to buying 2 shares at 50c. So they get 2 shares and 1 warrant = 3 shares for $1.3... giving break even price at $1.3/3= 43.3C. Below that price anyone selling is losing money.
