The credibility is lost and some will sell and never look back. Unfortunately, this is something that WW does not understand. I have mentioned this in e-mails but obvious he can not or will not comprehend this. Good CEO's are good listeners and then weigh the pro's and con's unfortunately I do not believe he listens and even if he does he does not hear.
